
accessAbilities is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization founded in 1954. Our Early Intervention program provides services in 13 counties throughout Pennsylvania. We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Vision Therapy, Nutrition and Special Instruction in 13 counties throughout Pennsylvania. This dynamic program is growing with expansion plans.
First Steps Early Intervention Services provides services at home, in the community or via tele-intervention for infants and toddlers from birth to age 3 who have been diagnosed with a developmental delay or who are at risk of a delay. Our services are designed to foster learning and growth during the most important developmental stages for the child, as well as, provide support for the family as a whole.
The expertise and clinical strengths of each of our contractors are valued and utilized as our team members work to ensure the best outcome for each child, capitalizing on everyday child activities and family routines.
accessAbilities supports our therapists with leading-edge technology, including streamlining documentation through an integrated online paperless system. We also provide an extensive resource library that allows our therapists to provide families with a variety of therapeutic tools. Items include books, puzzles, Z-vibes, chewy tubes, utensils, weighted vests, therapy balls or switch-activated toys to help reinforce skills between visits.
Preferred Requirements:
- Have a background in pediatrics
- Have a valid PA Licenses in your area of expertise
